Jeudi dernier 10 Septembre, j'ai été invité � participer au "séminaire" sur le grand emprunt. Voici quelques remarques concernant ce séminaire.
Je partage en très grande partie l'avis de Daniel Glazman sur ce séminaire.
Il est en effet difficile d'appeler cela un "séminaire" et de parler de "travaux". Je comprends que l'enjeu principal est de faire "aimer" le numérique � la commission du grand emprunt, mais il n'en reste qu'il y aurait pu avoir plus de débat et de participation de la communauté du numérique, et la tout était préparé d'avance [..]
